White wax resin printing process

After preparing the white wax resin and designing the 3D model, you usually need to export it to STL file format, slice it, and transfer the file to an LCD printer. Then prepare for printing: Make necessary printing settings, such as adjusting printing speed, temperature and other parameters.

Execute printing: The instructions in the LCD printer file solidify the resin layer by layer until the printing is completed.

Take out the container from the oven and pour the molten metal from the end of the wax tree where the wax is planted.

Let stand

Put the entire container into water to dissolve the gypsum, and use a spray gun to spray away the gypsum.

 

Take out the cast parts, grind and polish them, etc.
